Design Process

From initial concept to install, we earn your trust and take care of all the heavy lifting.

1. Consultation

This is an initial, in-person meeting to get to know each other, walk through your space, and learn what you're looking for. We'll provide high-level ideas, ask questions, and share more information on how we work.

The $300 fee for this consultation gets put toward your overall design costs.

2. Concept

Following the bid approval and signed contract agreement, we will move forward to the overall design direction of your home. In the concept phase, we create and present proposed mood boards, color palettes, floor plans, materials samples, and 3D room renderings so you can feel 100% confident in our designs for your home. This is where you get to provide input and approve the final design proposal.

We partner with the contractor/builder to fine-tune the layouts, installation, placement, and aesthetic of every single detail. We provide spec sheets, drawings, measurements, and elevations to everyone working on your home to ensure a smooth installation process. Once you approve, we move toward procurement and make sure everything arrives on time and is inspected for quality assurance.

3. Construction & Procurement

4. Design Installation

With a remodel or new build, this is the stage where we're installing fixtures, finishes, and hardware. In a furnishing project, the white glove delivery of furniture, installation of art, and decor staging concludes the design project. A final walkthrough is done, photos are taken, and then it's time to enjoy your new home!
